First Falls Project habitat restoration

Hosted by
Friends of Black Hill and Morialta Inc.
Hosted by
Friends of Black Hill and Morialta Inc.

Come and help us protect nature near the awesome First Falls in Morialta

Looking for an activity which keeps you fit, benefits our local wildlife and leaves you feeling great after spending time in nature? Come along and help restore the native habitat at Morialta's First Falls!

Restoring this iconic South Australian site we'll be tackling the environmental weeds which threaten our native animals and plants. The work already done there has visibly improved the location for visitors as well as providing important habitat for our local wildlife.

Meet at the First Falls Car Park at 9:30am and wear sturdy shoes for going off track. Bring your hat, sunscreen and morning tea. We also recommend cotton long sleeved shirt and trousers to protect your legs and arms from scratches. At the car park we'll load up with equipment and we'll walk up along 4th Creek towards the Falls. We may also stop to protect things as we go.
